EXIST is the first of the three levels Life can divided into. In this level one can reach mastery at dealing with aspects of the self and inner self: Body, Mind and Soul. The ultimate goal of this level is to reach balance of the three. This balance is what is commonly referred to as long-lasting happiness — which is a continuous state of being, as opposed to a fleeting moment of joy in time.
